A method for manufacturing a skin containing organic sponge gourd sap and natural honey is provided to activate skin activity and help the regeneration of skin. A method for manufacturing a skin comprises organic sponge gourd sap and natural honey comprises: a step of cutting an organic sponge gourd for August to October and collecting sap from a stem(50-80cm) of rood side; a step of maintaining the sap for seven days and collecting clean sap; and a step of mixing 100g of sponge gourd sap and 10-11g of natural honey.
