A thrombin inhibitor containing xBrassicoraphanus extract is provided to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases by suppressing platelet aggregation, thromboxane expression, and glycoprotein expression. A thrombin inhibitor comprises xBrassicoraphanus extract as an active ingredient. The xBrassicoraphanus extract is obtained by extracting with ethanol, compress-concentrating the extract, and freeze-drying to obtain the powder of extract. The liquid of thrombin inhibitor is produced by diluting the extract powder with mixture solution of DMSO(dimethyl sulfoxide) and phosphoric acid saline solution in a ratio of 1:1. The daily dose of the xBrassicoraphanus extract is 100 mg/kg-200 mg/kg. The xBrassicoraphanus extract is used in a form of filler, extender, binder, moisturizing agent, disintegrant, and surfactant containing diluent or excipient.
