An ear-cleaning instrument is provided to allow the withdrawing portion and a cotton bud to be easily used by enabling the replacement of a spoon-shaped withdrawing portion. In a cotton bud-keeping box for keeping an ear-cleaning instrument and a cotton bud at the same time, a cotton bud exchanger comprises an ear-cleaning instrument body and button. The button is capable of connecting a loss-preventing ring to a cord or releasing the connection of the loss-preventing ring and the cord in order to prevent loss of the ear-cleaning instrument body. The cotton bud exchanger further comprises a device that is capable of adjusting the cord. The ear-cleaning instrument body has an anti-slipping concavo-convex handle portion.
