One-component moisture-curing polymer foam is provided to serve as an additive or sealant to foam hollow structures of vehicles. One-component moisture-curing polymer foam(3) comprises: 10-60vol% of one or more kinds of gas; and a one-component moisture-curing composition. The one-component moisture-curing composition contains: at least one polymer having isocyanate group and/or alkoxysilane group; and 5-50wt% of carbon black on a total weight basis of the one-component moisture-curing polymer foam. The polymer indicates polyurethane polymer with an isocyanate group. The one-component moisture-curing composition does not contain chemical foaming agents. The gas is introduced in a cell which is uniformly dispersed in the one-component moisture-curing polymer foam. The gas is nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, nitrous oxide, noble gas or their mixture. |
