A transmission of a compressor is provided to improve a pulley combining structure to reduce the size of the transmission and enhance torsion damping performance with respect to varying torque. A transmission(1) of a compressor includes a pulley(10), an outer ring(30), an inner ring(40), a damper(60) and a combining means. The pulley has a damper receiving space(11). One side of the damper receiving space is opened. The pulley has combining holes(13) formed at the inner side of the damper receiving space at a predetermined internal. The outer ring is arranged in the damper receiving space and includes a plurality of combining holes corresponding to the combining holes. The inner ring is concentrically arranged inside the outer ring having a damper filling space between the outer ring and the inner ring. The damper is filled in the damper filling space and accommodated in the damper receiving space. The damper has a space(61) corresponding to the combining holes and is made of an elastic material. The combining means is combined with the combining holes of the damper and the combining holes of the pulley in the space.
