A high gloss sheet, and its preparation method are provided to improve workability without the deterioration of the etched metallic texture and to allow smoothness to be maintained even in case of adhering on the wood material having a poor smoothness. A high gloss sheet comprises a metallic texture sheet(10) which comprises a UV curing or thermosetting resin layer, a polyethylene terephthalate film, a polyester copolymer primer layer, an aluminum vapor deposition layer, a urethane-based adhesive layer, and a thermoplastic resin sheet layer; and an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene sheet(20) which is formed on the lower part of the metallic texture sheet. The surface has an etching effect.
