摘要

A display device for differentiating the width of a P-type semiconductor region and the width of N-type semiconductor region is provided to improve the detection sensitivity of a sensor by reducing capacitance between a thin film photo diode and a metal film. A metal film(38) suppresses that light generated from a lighting unit is directly income in a thin film photo diode. The width of a P-type semiconductor region and the width of N-type semiconductor region are different from each other in a direction which the thin film photodiode is connected to the N-type semiconductor region. The display device improves the detection sensitivity of a sensor and reduces capacitance.
