A cosmetic composition containing fermentation extract of organic tomato, Japanese apricot, Aurantii nobilis Pericarpium, peach, and aloe is provided to have anti inflammatory effect without side effect. A cosmetic composition having anti inflammatory effect contains 0.001-30 volume% of fermentation extract of plant mixture which is fermented with Saccharomyces cerevsiae. The plant mixture comprises 100-300 weight part of tomato, 100-300 weight part of Citrus unshiu, 100-300 weight part of peach, 100-300 weight part of aloe, 100-300 weight part of Prunus mume Sieb. Et Zucc. The fermentation extract is obtained by extracting with water, ethanol, butylenes glycol, or propylene glycol. The cosmetic composition is used in a form of skin lotion, nutrition lotion, nutrition cream, hair tonic, hair conditioner, hair lotion, shampoo, and hair cream.
