A nonhalogenated flame retardant thermoplastic polyester elastomer composite resin composition is provided to improve environmental friendliness, to prevent flame dripping and to enhance heat resistance. A nonhalogenated flame retardant thermoplastic polyester elastomer composite resin composition comprises 20 ~ 50 weight% of a thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin, 5 ~ 50 weight% of a styrene-based elastomer, 1 ~ 10 weight% of a reactive compatibiliser, 10 ~ 50 weight% of a melamine derivative as a flame retardant, and 1 ~ 20 weight% of an organic phosphate flame retardant.
