PUMPING VOLTAGE SENSING CIRCUIT

A pumping voltage detecting circuit is provided to use a negative voltage as a current source according to a drop of a power voltage, thereby generating a stable pumping voltage. A first switching element controls a current of a one-sided terminal of a current mirror in response to a reference voltage. A second switching element controls a current of the other-sided terminal of the current mirror in response to a feedback pumping voltage. A third switching element supplies a bias current to the first and second switching elements and the current mirror in response to the bias voltage. A third switching element uses a negative voltage as a current source for generating the bias current. A pumping voltage distributor(112) distributes a pumping voltage to output the feedback pumping voltage.
