ZNO-AU CORE-SHELL NANOCRYSTALS FOR BIOSENSORS

摘要

A biosensor using a nano particle of core-shell structure is provided to have high emission by forming shell and biological affinity by a shell which consists of gold or silver. A ZnO-Au core-shell nano particle is formed by the phase change of core ingredient. The ZnO-Au core-shell nano particle is produced by using ZnO-Au as a core and gold or silver as a shell. A core-shell structure is formed by changing ZnO-Au from HCP(hexagonal close-packed) structure into FCC(face-centred cubic) structure. The shell is formed by dispersing ZnO nano particle in HAuCl4 solution, dropping NaBH4 in disperse solution to form gold nano cluster, and forming nano cluster.
