The method involves transferringly arranging attachment elements i.e. vegetative attachment element, on edge regions of soil masses by rooting force of the elements and engagingly arranging the attachment elements in the surrounding soil masses by rooting building of the elements. The attachment elements are arranged without formation of breakage risk in the edge regions. The attachment elements are arranged corresponding to available land value based on calculated parameters. The elements are inserted in boreholes. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement increasing safety of naturally occurring or shaken soil masses that are inhibited to dislocation by introducing attachment element i.e. vegetative attachment element.
