A multilayer capacitor array is provided to control equivalent series resistance and to suppress the change of power voltage. A multilayer capacitor array comprises a laminate and an outer conductor. The laminate is formed by laminating a plurality of dielectric layers. The outer conductor is formed on the laminate. A first and second surfaces(2,3) of the laminate face each other in the laminating direction of the dielectric layers. A first and second sides(4,5) are extended to be connected to the first and second surfaces. A third and fourth sides are extended to a short edge of the first and second surfaces to be connected to the first and second surfaces. A first inner electrode group includes a plurality of first inner electrodes and second inner electrodes. A second inner electrode group includes a third inner electrode and a fourth inner electrode. A first to fourth conductors(11~14) are arranged on either the first side or the second side. A first outer connection conductor is arranged on the side where at least one terminal conductor is arranged. The first inner electrode and the second inner electrode face each other.
