A lotion using organic aloe saponaria which has soft texture is provided to induce skin regeneration and improve the treatment of atopy, acne and sensitive skin. A method for manufacturing an aloe saponaria lotion comprises: a step of pulverizing and mixing 16-17g of organic aloe saponaria, 5-5.5g of natural honey, and 100ml of purified water for one minute; and a step of filtering the pulverized mixture with gauze. The aloe saponaria dose not have "anthraquinone based" toxic material and can be intaken for all people. The natural honey removes the toxin of aloe and minimize the dryness of aloe by enhancing anti-inflammation.
