A static electricity removing apparatus is provided to minimize the number of poor products and reduce consumption of materials to thereby improve working efficiency. A static electricity removing apparatus includes an electrostatic discharging bar(10), a current supply unit, a fixed axis(30), a bracket(40), a roller, and a spring member(60). The electrostatic discharging bar is horizontally attached to a fixed rod of a packing box manufacturing apparatus by using a fixing means. The current supply unit supplies current to the electrostatic discharging bar. The fixed axis is arranged above the electrostatic discharging bar in parallel with the electrostatic discharging bar. The bracket is movably attached to the fixing axis. The roller is attached to the bracket. The spring member pushes a disc close to the roller.
