A magnesium alloy pipe, a manufacturing apparatus thereof and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve moldability of a sheet by processing the preheated sheet with a preheated molding roll. A manufacturing apparatus of a magnesium alloy pipe comprises the followings: a leveler(20) spreading a magnesium alloy sheet; a surface processor(30) processing both edge of the magnesium alloy sheet passing through the leveler; a molding part(50) molding the magnesium alloy sheet to a pipe shape; a seam guide(60) guiding the sheet on a predetermined location; a pressure part(80) installed on a rear part of the seam guide; and a welding unit(70) welding seams of the pipe.
