A scar preventing elastic band is provided to prevent opening of a stab, help to make a recovery, prevent secondary contamination of a wound, and minimize the formation of a scar in the skin. A scar preventing elastic band comprises, a band body(1), a gauze(2) adhered to a central portion of the backside of the band body, a bonding face(3) formed on the remaining portion on the backside of the band body except the gauze, handle parts formed to be projected from central portions of both edges of the band body, an auxiliary member(20) longitudinally bonded along both edges of the band body, and an elastic member(10) coupled to a central portion of the front side of the band body.
