<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photoelectric transfer ratio of a dye sensitized solar cell by making electrons generated at dyes efficiently injected into a porous semiconductor oxide layer. <P>SOLUTION: With the manufacturing method of the dye sensitized solar cell with a photoelectric transfer layer with dyes absorbed in a porous semiconductor oxide layer, a charge transport layer and a counter electrode laminated in turn on a conductive support body, a film-like semiconductor oxide (A) is formed on the conductive support body, and after a precursor of a semiconductor oxide (B) having a conductive band end with a higher energy level than that of the semiconductor oxide (A) is made absorbed by the film-like semiconductor oxide (A), the precursor of the semiconductor oxide (B) is oxidized to make up the porous semiconductor oxide layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
