In the wireless communication apparatus and the wireless communication system having a frequency changing function for changing a using frequency upon detecting out-of-target electrical waves such as electrical waves of a weather radar on a specific using frequency, information about a connection destination having a different using frequency is notified upon detecting the out-of-target electrical waves, and the connection destination is changed by switching the frequency on the basis of the information about the connection destination.
