An apparatus for cleaning an inlet seal roll in a vertical annealing furnace is provided to improve productivity and quality of a cold rolled stainless coil by cleaning the inlet seal roll. An apparatus for cleaning an inlet seal roll in a vertical annealing furnace comprises the followings: a brush roll(43) having a brush in which a V-shaped groove is carved, and installed to an axis direction of the inlet seal roll(27); a motor rotating the brush roll and connected on the central axis of the brush roll; a support part supporting the inlet seal roll and the brush roll; an impurity separating part(47); and a hood(46) inhaling foreign materials gathered in the impurity separating part. |
