A safety system is provided to prevent children from falling down from a handrail by spreading the system to the front. A safety system is composed of a plurality of rotating safety units(20) whose one end is fixed on the upper part of a rotating shaft(24) and the other end is extended upwardly, a fastening bolt fixing the upper end of the rotating safety unit to an uppermost horizontal unit(60), and a hanging fixing unit(10) whose one end is fixed to the middle of a vertical support and the other is protruded to the outside. The rotating safety units are positioned in the upper part of the uppermost horizontal unit. The ends of the rotating safety units are connected by a connecting pipe(21) in one. A cut recessed part is formed in the middle of the fastening bolt. A support link part whose end is bent inwardly is formed in the hanging fixing unit. |
