An apparatus for separating foreign materials and washing waste plastic films is provided to wash and to separate the foreign materials mixed or absorbed in waste plastic bags by using water pressure. An apparatus for separating foreign materials and washing waste plastic films comprises the followings: a foreign material separating tub(10) in which the waste plastic films are inputted; a cleaning water storing tub(40) supplying the cleaning water; a water pressure supplying pipe(21) connected to the bottom of the foreign material separating tub; a water pressure controlling pump(80) spraying the cleaning water; a first gate valve(23) and a second gate valve(25) discharging the foreign materials; a vibration screen(31) separating moisture from the discharged materials; a moister separating stand(41); a waste plastic film collecting can loading the waste plastic films; a scraper(11) moving the waste plastic films to the moisture separating stand; and a scraper motor(13) driving the scraper.
