SATELLITE MISSION CONTROL APPARATUS

A satellite control apparatus is provided to share a command transmission module and a telemetry receiving module with a ground test device, thereby preventing mismatch between command generation and data decoding result. A CCSDS(Consultative Committee for Space Data System) processing unit(11) processes transceiving data with an artificial satellite(40) properly for a CCSDS format. A memory DB(32) stores a database file. A command plan manager unit(12) arranges commands to be transmitted to the artificial satellite. A command frame generator(31) transfers a generated frame to the CCSDS processing unit after generating the command frame. A telemetry receiver(34) extracts an effective value by referring to a telemetry table.
