<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling process setup method capable of performing both of high yield and high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the rolling process setup method in which a rolling stock is calculated for a case of rolling by a high-yield rolling process and a case of rolling by a high-efficiency rolling process, respectively, parameters are calculated based on each rolling stock, the evaluation is performed for the rolling yield, the rating degradation risk ratio, and the efficiency based on each parameter, and it is set up by which rolling process the rolling is performed based on the comprehensive evaluation, re-evaluation is performed for the rating degradation risk ratio and the efficiency based on the parameters calculated based on the result of measurement of the records of the weight and/or the dimension measured after manufacturing the rolling stock, and it is finally set by the total determination by which rolling process the rolling is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
