A movable low temperature fuel delivery system is provided to prevent the temperature of the low temperature fuel from rising because the length of the piping connecting the engine and low temperature fuel delivery system is minimized. A movable low temperature fuel delivery system(100) comprises a storage tank(110), a cooling tube(120), a mixer(130), and a supporting part(140). The storage tank stores the fuel. The cooling tube is equipped according to the inner surface of the storage tank. The mixer is equipped within the storage tank. The mixer mixes the fuel stored in the storage tank. The supporting part supports the storage tank.
