An essence containing lemon, natural honey, and organic unpolished rice washing water is provided to help the regeneration of skin and improve skin whitening and recovery effects. A method for manufacturing an eco-friendly essence comprises: a step of pulverizing organic unpolished rice; a step of putting 35-37g of unpolished rice powder in a gauze; a step of dipping in 150ml of purified water for 90 seconds; a step of making lemon juice and filtering; and a step of mixing 10g of lemon juice, 10g of natural honey, and 5g of organic unpolished rice washing water together.
