A power-up circuit of the semiconductor IC is provided, which simplifies the configuration of detector to the utmost and minimizes the change of the triggering voltage. A semiconductor IC comprises the pull-up resistor terminal, the pull-up resistor controlling unit, the pull-down resistor terminal, and the detector. The pull-up resistor terminal is connected to the power supply voltage. The pull-up resistor controlling unit changes the resistance value of the pull-up resistor terminal. The pull-down resistor terminal is connected to the gap between the pull-up resistor terminal and ground voltage. The detector is connected to the common node of the pull-up resistor terminal and pull-down resistor terminal.
