A flat display panel comprises: a main body 10, the top having a front view outer frame 12 inside of which an LCD panel 14 is installed; a base 16, installed at the bottom of the main body 10, allowing the flat display panel to be firmly installed on a flat surface; and a decorative 3D pattern 121 installed on the outer surface of the front view outer frame 12 and also optionally the base. The 3D pattern 121 has flat, regular or irregular indentation patterns that deflect light. The pattern may be of quadrilateral (18) or polygonal (20) design and can also be used on the surface of a projector, a TV and an OLCD display. |
