A total management system for an automatic machine and a method thereof are provided to totally operate, manage and control an automatic financial device. A plurality of bank servers comprises a plurality of automatic devices. A plurality of consignment enterprise terminals(300a~300c) operates and manages the automatic devices per a work. A total outsourcing server(200) totally and statistically processes operation management information about the automatic devices of the bank server. The total outsourcing server comprises a control unit, a DB and control terminals. The control unit totally processes operation management information per a work about the automatic device delivered from the consignment enterprise terminals. The control terminals display various information stored in the DB. |
