<p>The element (11) has a contact area (18) contacting a water-impermeable sealing layer. A flange area (19) is spaced from the contact area, and forms a through-opening (12) for a fastening element. A cap-shaped receiving space (21) receives curable compound exiting from a borehole, and is extendable between the areas. Outer diameter (C) of the space corresponds to two to six times of inner diameter (D) of the opening. A set of spring blades (15) surrounds and projects into the opening for clampingly engaging the fastening element. An independent claim is also included for a method for sealing fastening element holes at a water-impermeable sealing layer of a structure with a sealing element including a contact area.</p> |
