AEROBIC BIODEGRADABLE-AGRICULTURE MULCHING FILM USING POLY LACTIC ACID AND THE PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

A biodegradable agricultural mulching film using polylactic acid and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to decompose even a base polymer by soil microorganisms and to prevent the generation of black smoke in incineration by mixing a biodegradable compound and the base polymer. A method for manufacturing a biodegradable agricultural mulching film consists of the following steps of: mixing a biodegradable compound and a plastic resin; inputting the mixture into an extrusion-hopper; and molding the mixture in a film shape. The film is heated at 180~190°C, 190°C~210°C and 220°C in the order. A method for manufacturing the biodegradable compound comprises: a first step of mixing 10-55wt% of polylactic acid, 7-15wt% of heavy calcium carbonate, 10-30wt% of aliphatic polyester and 1-7wt% of methyl methacrylate at 110°C; a second step of mixing 1-5wt% of biodegradation aid and 1-4wt% of photo-degradation agent at 40°C; a third step of mixing 3-10wt% of lactic acid and 1-5wt% of ethyl acetate at 40°C; and a fourth step of re-mixing the mixtures prepared from the first, second and third steps at 90°C and extruding the mixture in an extruder.
