An apparatus for threading a bridle roll is provided to prevent defect generated in a steel sheet by removing foreign materials adhered to the bridle roll in driving. An apparatus for threading a bridle roll includes a plurality of bridle roll(110) supporting the bottom of a steel sheet, and a foreign material removing part(200) removing foreign materials adhered on the surface of the bridle roll. The foreign material removing part includes a cylindrical rotation part(210) separated from the bride roll, a driving part(220) driving the cylindrical rotation part, and a cleaning pad(240) removing the foreign materials through driving of the cylindrical rotation part.
