An apparatus for restoring clock by using a circulator and a bandpass filter is provided to restore each clock signal corresponding to transmission speed in a clock restoring apparatus in case that each clock signal corresponding to each transfer rate is restored. A circulator(610) outputs input data signal of different transmission speed and includes a plurality of output ports. In case the clock frequency component corresponding to the transfer rate of the input data signal is different from its own pass band center frequency, each band pass filter(620) reflects data signal to the circulator. A clock amplifier(630) amplifies the extracted clock frequency components.
