A car stopper is provided to control the entry of cars illegally entering a car entry controlled access zone and facilitate transport by using a handle and a caster. A car stopper comprises: a case(110) which is buried under the ground; a stepping plate(120) in which a shaft is coupled to upper one side of the case to be rotatable and in which a car wheel is placed on one side of the upper part; a stepping plate support device flexibly supporting the stepping plate; an idle roller(140) which is installed at the other side of the upper part of the case to be rotatable; a roller stopper which is installed closely at the lower part of the idle roller and selectively stops the idle roller; and a pressure projection being installed at the end of the stepping plate and pressing the roller stopper to the idle roller and stopping the rotation of the idle roller.
