A method for manufacturing mesenchymal stem cell derived hepatocyte is provided to differentiate a mesenchymal stem cell which is derived from a wharton's jelly. A method for manufacturing mesenchymal stem cell derived hepatocyte comprises: a step of culturing the mesenchymal stem cell in cell proliferation medium; a step of inducing cells to hepatocyte in serum medium in which cell growth factor is added; and a step of maturing hepatocyte in serum medium in which a hepatocyte maturing induction material is added. The hepatocyte maturing induction material is selected from an oncostatin M, glucagon, nicotin amide and dimethyl sulfoxid(DMSO).
