A piezo-actuator control circuit, a vibroisolating control circuit, and an image pickup device are provided to control a displacement of a target by operating an actuator using a piezo element. A piezo-actuator control circuit, a vibroisolating control circuit, and an image pickup device includes a sensor unit(2), a circuit unit(4), and a drive unit(6). The circuit unit is composed of a vibroisolating control circuit for performing a control operation for correcting vibration of hands. The sensor unit is composed of a hall element(10) and a gyro sensor(12). The hall element is a sensor for detecting a position of a lens(8). The hall element generates a voltage signal VP according to a distance from the lens on the basis of magnetic field of a magnet fixed to the lens. The hall element outputs the voltage signal VP to the circuit unit.
