PLANT MIX TYPE SBS MODIFIED ASPHALT CONCRETE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THEREOF

Plant-mix-type SBS modified asphalt concrete and a manufacture method thereof are provided to reduce costs associated with carrying, production and storage by using plant-mix-type SBS modified additives. Plant-mix-type SBS modified bituminous mixture contains: 93.3-96.4wt% of aggregate for asphalt mixture, which is heated to 170-200°C; 3.2-6wt% of asphalt heated to 120-170°C; 0.1-0.5wt% of fiber; and 0.3-0.7wt% of plant-mix-type SBS modified additive. The plant-mix-type SBS modified additive comprises: 5-35wt% of process oil; 30-74.7wt% of asphalt; 10-30wt% of reforming agent; 10-30wt% of high-temperature viscosity adjuster; 0.1-0.5wt% of heat-proof stabilizer; and 0.2-1wt% of compatibilizer.
