A hard disk data removement apparatus using magnetic field is provided to reduce the size and installing space of the apparatus with the automatic and compact structure of one-step. A hard disk data removement apparatus using magnetic filed comprises: a pari of magnets(30) connected with a magnet driving unit for driving a magnet; a hard disk fixing unit for fixing a hard disk; a hard disk supply unit for supplying the hard disk between a pair of magnet; and a collecting box(60) for collecting the hard disc which is finally discharged through a waste display device. On one side of discharge transfer path, a detection scanner or camera device is installed for verifying the display of log or mark in the hard disk, and indentifying screen for operator recognition is installed on the front side of apparatus body.
