A foam molding method using electromagnetic wave is provided to manufacture foamed products having low density at high productivity by foam molding polymer resin with electromagnetic wave. Polymer resin mixture having a plurality of air bubbles(4b) is manufactured by mixing liquid polymer resin(4a) and fluid. The polymer resin mixture is supplied to an empty space of a product shape retaining unit. A foamed product(4) is foam-molded by applying electromagnetic wave on the polymer resin mixture. In the step of manufacturing the polymer resin mixture, the fluid is injected into the liquid polymer resin while hardener is mixed with polymer resin.
