<p>Austenitic stainless steel for gas piping of high vacuum and high purity is provided to prevent defect of a product by preventing mixing of impurity particles in use of piping. Austenitic stainless steel for gas piping of high vacuum and high purity contains 0.1 weight% or less of carbon, 1 weight% or less of silicon, 0.5 ~ 2 weight% of manganese, 0.05 weight% or less of phosphorus, 0.01 weight% or less of sulfur, 15 ~ 30 weight% of chromium, 7 ~ 20 weight% of nickel, 4 weight% or less of molybdenum, 3 weight% or less of copper, 0.05 weight% or less of nitrogen, 0.01 weight% or less or boron, 0.01 weight% or less of oxygen, the remnant Fe, and inevitable impurities. The content of Ti is limited to 0.005 weight% or less. The content of Al is limited to 0.005 ~ 0.05 weight%. And the content of Ca is controlled to 0.0005 ~ 0.003 weight%.</p> |
