A wind power generator is provided to improve generation efficiency by removing rotational resistance due to rubbing through a flotation part and enhancing the torque of a windmill part through a rotation guide part. A wind power generator comprises: one or more wing members(110) rotated at constant angle; a windmill part including a wing member rotary part(120); and a power generating part(200) which is coupled with a shaft member and generates the electricity. The wing member rotary part is an operation member having one end being fixed to the shaft member and the other end being fixed to the wing member and rotating the wing member. The operation member comprises: one or more first operation members having one end being fixed to one side of the wing member and the other end being fixed to the shaft member; and one or more second operation members having one end being fixed to one side of the wing member and the other end being fixed to the shaft member.
