A DOUBLE INJECTION MOLDING METHOD INCORPORATING INSERTS AND AN ELECTRONIC PRODUCT CASE HAVING INSERTS PRODUCED BY THE SAID METHOD

A double injection molding method embedding an insert and an insert embedded electronic equipment case produced by the same are provided to make finished product through one process and improve the rigidity in comparison with a monolayer case by being formed of a dual-layer. A movable mold(200) of a first mold assembly is separated from a fixed mold(100) and the first mold assembly is opened. An insert(400) is placed within the movable mold of the first mold assembly by inserting an insert grasping tool or a robot arm(300) between the movable mold and the fixed mold of the first mold assembly. The movable mold of the first mold assembly is joined in order to engage with the fixed mold. The first injection liquid is injected to the first mold assembly through a gate for the injection liquid installed at the fixed mold of the first mold assembly. The movable mold of the first mold assembly is moved to be separated from the fixed mold and the first mold assembly is opened. The first injection-molded article made in the first mold assembly is moved to the movable mold of the second mold assembly by rotating the movable mold of the first mold assembly and the movable mold of the first mold assembly which are unitarily formed. The movable mold of the second mold assembly is joined in order to engage with the fixed mold. The second injection liquid is injected to the second mold assembly through the gate for the injection liquid injection installed at the fixed mold of the second mold assembly. The movable mold of the second mold assembly is moved to be separated from the fixed mold and the second mold assembly is opened. The completed injection-molded article is taken out of the second mold assembly.
