A light emitting display panel, and its manufacturing method are provided to prevent the deterioration of an electron layer which generated when a hole exists in the electron layer, thereby reducing leakage current and improving lifetime and durability. A light emitting display panel comprises an anode which is formed on a substrate(100); a cathode(170) which forms the electric field with the anode; and an organic layer which is formed between the anode and the cathode, wherein the electron layer(162) of the organic layer which is formed with the first electron transporting material having an excellent electron mobility, the second electron transporting material having an excellent electron mobility compared with the first electron transporting material, and the third electron transporting material having an excellent durability.
