A manufacturing method of a mobile phone key pad using a urethane sheet is provided to minimize the failure rate by preventing the damage of the surface of the sheet or the contamination and increase the print quality and productivity in urethane resin solution. A paper protection is adhered to one page of urethane sheet(20). The reverse surface of the urethane sheet is printed. The paper protection is adhered to the surface of the printing layer. After the paper protection removes, the reverse surface is printed. After the paper protection adhered to the surface of the printing layer is removed, the urethane sheet is foamed. |
