<p>A TFT array panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to install first and second refection plates in the upper and lower parts of a color filter and display an image at a reflection-transmission mode, thereby improving display characteristic. A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) array panel includes a base substrate, gate line(GL), a data line, a TFT(130), a first reflector(150), a color filter(170), a second reflector(180), and a pixel electrode(190). As to the base substrate, a pixel region including first and second reflective regions is defined. The TFT is formed in the pixel region. The TFT is connected to the gate line and the data line. The first reflector is formed on the base substrate corresponding to the first reflective region. The color filter is formed on the first reflector corresponds to the pixel region. The second reflector is formed on the color filter corresponding to the second reflective region. The pixel electrode is formed on the color filter. The pixel electrode is electrically connected to the TFT.</p> |
