A recombinant microorganism having sucrose metabolism is provided to economically produce a chemical or medicinal recombinant protein by using sucrose as a carbon source and be used in culturing cell of high concentration. A sucrose transferase comprises an amino acid of sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1). The sucrose transferase has delivery activity into a cell by converting a sucrose to sucrose-6-phosphate. A gene(ptsG) coding sucrose phosphotransferase is denoted by sequence number 2. A recombinant vector comprises a ptsG gene and sacC gene which codes sucrose-6-phosphate hydrolase. The sacC gene is denoted by the sequence number 4. A recombinant microorganism having sucrose metabolic activity is produced by transforming bacteria, yeast or fungus with the recombinant vector.
