A device and a method for transceiving 3D(Dimensional) broadcast by separately transmitting video information are provided to offer a 3D broadcast service in terrestrial DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) while keeping a relatively good image quality. Transfer stream generators(21,23) respectively generate an individual transfer stream for 2D reference video and additional information, which is needed for 3D broadcast of the reference video. Transmitters(22,24) respectively transmit a reference video transfer stream and an additional information transfer stream according to different broadcasting protocols.
