A fence coupling structure is provided to reduce the cost by making the structure of steel material and to fix upper and lower pipes without welding. A fence coupling structure is composed of a support pipe installed in the ground surface at regular intervals, an upper pipe horizontally fixed in the upper part of the support pipe, a lower pipe horizontally fixed in the lower part of the support pipe, vertical rods(30) inserted through combining holes(21a,21b) of the upper and lower pipes, and a decoration member(40a) combined on the vertical rod. The vertical rod is composed of a flat surface(31) and an extension hole(33) formed to be corresponded to the combining hole.
