A method and a system for moving the contents streaming of a mobile control terminal based on a user location are provided to appreciate the reproduced contents through the reproducing unit by a user. Location recognition servers(100a, 100b) streams contents and generates position signal. A mobile control terminal(300) selects server whether it is location or not. The mobile control terminal transmits and receives a streaming transfer request by sensing the position signal according to the location movement of the user. A contents transfer server(200) receives a streaming move request and moves contents streaming to selected location server.
