A leading end guiding apparatus of a stainless steel coil is provided to guide the stainless steel coil smoothly even when the thickness of leading end varies, thereby improving productivity. A leading end guiding apparatus of a stainless steel coil comprises a swing table(300) which is arranged between a pay-off reel and a pinch roll and in which side guiding rolls are installed on both ends in the longitudinal direction, a swing cylinder which is connected to the bottom surface of the swing table to rotate the swing table around the rotation axis, a drawing cylinder which is fixed inside the swing table, and a drawing table(400) which is connected to the drawing cylinder and inserted to the swing table and in which a plurality of side guiding rolls varying in the width direction are installed on both sides.
